Monarch Realty & Management is one of the largest single-family property managers in the Shreveport-Bossier City area.  We are always seeking quality single-family homes to add to our management portfolio.  Since we have quite a large portfolio of company-owned rentals, you can rest assured that your real estate will be managed with an owner’s mindset.

Basic Management Policy
·  ½ of first months rent if not currently occupied
·  10% of monthly rent
          ·  We pay all advertising costs to rent property
·  If deposit is paid but tenant does not move in Monarch Realty and           
    owner will split the amount
·  You will receive monthly statement detailing expenses if any
              and your check
