          Monarch Realty & Management manages rental homes and apartments in Shreveport-Bossier and surrounding areas.  We require a six-month lease on apartments and a twelve-month lease on homes.  The application fee is $25 per adult.  Click the link below to see a current list of properties.  If none of the available properties interest you check back at a later date as new properties become available weekly.
