Monarch Realty & Management is a property management and investment firm.  We were founded in 1982 by Michael Monarch to pursue residential brokerage and property management in the Shreveport-Bossier City market.  Although we no longer act as a residential broker we have grown to become one of the largest single-family property managers in the area.  At the same time our personal investment portfolio has grown at a significant rate.  In fact approximately 75% of our management portfolio is company owned.  We have also expanded into raw land investment and development.  We are constantly searching for investment opportunities across our marketplace, whether in raw land, multifamily properties or single-family homes.
